APARO provide an all-encompassing management service that ensures you no longer have the concern with the day-to-day running of your property or maintenance of your assets.

Properties and assets such as cars and boats take time and commitment to run efficiently, our property team, based on England's beautiful south coast, deliver a dedicated, detail-focused and professional service that removes the hassle of managing and caring for your home, holiday home and assets.

On your behalf, we can operate, control and oversee the management of your property to ensure it's correctly cared for and monitored.

You will have access to your own dedicated point of contact who will work closely with you or your assistant to make sure that your property and assets are always functioning at their best. 

NOTE: Our on-site property services such as fridge stocking and security checks are currently only available within Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and the New Forest. Project Management and administration support which can include utilities management, co-ordination of services such as cleaning and concierge can be provided UK wide via APARO Private Office. 

Ann Knight 

Based in Richmond, Ann and her family own a second home on the Sandbanks peninsular in Poole. Ann was looking for a service which would mean she did not need to concern herself with the day to day running of the property or the hassle of setting up and packing down every time the family came to visit. She wanted her beach house to be an escape from her busy life.   

APARO have taken on the full management of the property. Overseen by our property manager, we have an ongoing maintenance programme to fix problems before they occur including regular property checks to inspect for any arising maintenance or security issues, we are also on hand for emergency call outs should they be needed. Along with the physical maintenance of the property we also take care of the soft services, including clear down once the property has been used and make up for when guests are expected.  This includes organising the cleaning and laundry as well as bed making and fridge stocking. We also offer full concierge services for guests that require support on the local area when visiting, this includes booking restaurants advising on attractions and arranging transport. All Ann and her family need worry about is turning up and enjoying the beach.
