A 90-minute Zoom call with me to focus on you and your business. This is your opportunity to ask any burning business questions around operations, systems, people, financial and strategic business challenges.  Perhaps you're stuck and need to work through an idea or you have a new solution you want to offer and you need additional support to build a plan and approach.

Vision to Victory - 12 week action plan

This 12 week programme is a chance for you to achieve your goals with a committed and experienced business No.2.

Perhaps you want to launch a new service or get your processes in order, but life gets in the way and the project keeps going to the bottom of the pile.

We'll start with a strategy session to create clear goals and objectives for our 12 weeks together. I will build a structured action plan breaking each of the elements down. We will then follow that together, collaboratively. I will support you and hold you accountable every step of the way so that you achieve your objectives.

• 5 x 60 minute Zoom calls

2 Day Business Reboot Retreat

2 days of dedicated time to spend on your business. Ideal if you've hit a point where you feel stagnant, or you're trying to launch a new idea or initiative.

This retreat will create dedicated headspace and uninterrupted time for you. Allowing you to focus on your business alongside an experienced professional.

You will come away not only inspired for change but also with a clear plan of action to take your ideas forward.

• Structured Half day 1-2-1 business strategy session

• Any supporting resources as discussed and agreed

• 4 x 60 minute accountability & support calls after the retreat
